How we handle your details.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, event date, city, audience size, budget and brief. To keep the form free of spam, we also record a one-way hashed version of your IP address for a short time.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver any work you commission. We don’t sell or share them for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase, a cloud service operated by Google on our behalf, and delivered to our team by email. Access is limited to the people who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you have shared with us at any time. Email contact@hideoutmedia.in and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
